We are thrilled to share that a Spellathlon at Woodford Green Preparatory School (WGPS), where Grace one attended, has raised over £4,000 for Smiles with Grace!
WGPS posted on Facebook: “Our amazing 3B pupils raised the most in sponsorship for the recent Spellathon competition, bringing in an incredible £831.60 for Smiles with Grace. As a well-deserved reward, they enjoyed some delicious ice creams. Thank you to everyone who supported and donated.”
In total, the school raised an incredible £4,109. Earlier this year, patrons Jordan Stack and Lydia Coleman visited the school and shared Grace’s story and the mission of her charity with the pupils during assembly.

🏃🏻♀️Odette’s Half Marathon (belated) Update 🏃🏻♀️
Odette raised a amazing £1,185 for Smiles with Grace and Macmillan Cancer Support. Grace Boxall was a dear friend of Odette’s, who says “I can only hope I have done Grace proud”.
Despite being accidentally pushed over at mile 8, Odette’s finished storm with a time of 2:07. Diagnosed with cancer in 2020, Odette faced a tough journey herself but found support through Macmillan and her nurse Elaine.
Of the total raised, £748 will go to Smiles with a grace and £400 to Macmillan for Elaine. Odette says “I am so grateful to everyone who has donated and all the support I have received along the way”.
